For the final Stage of Phase One Research you will draft 2-3 Research Questions that will direct the focused research you will conduct in Phase Two. Refer to slides 4-6 on Capstone Flow for information on drafting strong research questions

Research Question Template. You will be given a hardcopy of this worksheet in class and will have time to work with your team and coach to edit your 2-3 research questions. 

For Capstone Collaborators - you might share some research questions AND you should also have different ones to cover the scope of a team project.

The graded feedback on part one will be on your ability to demonstrate your Critical Thinking. The Evo teachers will be especially looking to see how you are able to develop research questions and effectively execute the research process to gain content knowledge. In order to demonstrate this you will need to:

  • Effectively complete ON TIME the W's worksheet
  • Develop 2-3 focused research questions that demonstrates that you have a strong foundation of your topic and they are directing your research in a more-focused direction

Submission Requirements:

Hard copy submitted to Evo teacher by 2:30, Thursday 4/17.
