COMBINED ACP/H GRADING

Teachers will use the same rubric for H and ACP with the following distinction:

Meets Standard for H is in the B range.

Meets Standard for ACP  is in the A range.

At beginning of year, we’ll use just one rubric (with the descriptors in the columns: Advanced/ Meets/ Approaches/ NE) and communicate what the grade would for H credit and for ACP credit,  using same language so students can make a decision.

For full year courses, the following deadlines apply (Handbook page 38):

October 15th, 2022- Grades will carry to new class, No new courses can be added, Students cannot move up a level

November 23rd, 2022- Students cannot move down a level

Reminder that all makeup assessments must be completed by the following intervention day or they will be an F.
