Estoy segura que yo estoy más triste que tú, pero cómo verás, no estoy en clase otra vez hoy. Lo siento. :-/ I thank you for seriously addressing the completion of your independent work. You are responsible. 

 

Hay dos metas hoy:

[A] practicar y mejorar el uso del subjuntivo 

[B] conocer bien los 5 barrios de Barcelona

 

Las dos metas son una continuación de trabajo anterior.

 

Instrucciones [A]:

****Abre el documento Links to an external site. de cómo formar el subjuntivo.

(a) Thinking about what phrases (expressions of influence) indicate the use of the subjunctive, correct your errors on the small practice sheet. Notice what did or did not happen. 

(b) Go back to p46 where you put your barrios of Barcelona in order. Use their names (not numbers)!

(c) In your description of why you chose it in the order that you did, make sure you have an example of an expression of influence + the subjunctive to explain why you put it where you did in order.  "Es urgente que un buen barrio tenga un supermercado."

(d) On the backside of the small sheet of paper, write 3 recommendations to me for my health. Use expressions of influence and the subjunctive. (*What verb form will you use when you are talking directly to me about me?...)

(e) Submit the small paper again to the substitute.

Go to page 47.

(a) Completa Actividad 1 independiente.

(b) Work through Actividad 2. pp48 a 55 Each barrio has a short written description. Complete the tables that follow each one and instead of having the conversation questions that follow each article, think about your answer to the questions, make note of them, and then underline part of the text that you can reference when you do have to talk about it (next class). For example, if the question talks about public transportation, underline what part of the text tells you a specific about public transportation.

(c) Skip Activity 3 (we'll do together)

(d) Complete Actividad 4, p56.

 

You do not need to post these. You do need to complete and have these in next class.
